Returns

We like to keep things simple here at Project Pro, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a full refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If items are returned used or missing you will be offered a partial refund.

Please be aware that for returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We kindly ask you to consider this before initiating a return. Thank you for your understanding.

Our warehouse works quickly to pick and pack your order. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended. This includes swapping products and changing payment methods.

Additionally, we are not able to guarantee being able to cancel your order for you, however we will always do our best to accommodate your request.

If you need to change the delivery address for your parcel, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you!

If you notice that an order is damaged or items are missing please let us know as soon as possible. Delays can cause issues when raising complaints with our courier partners.

We will arrange a refund or replacement to be sent once our investigation is complete.
