How Much Is Delivery?

UK Mainland

Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders over £60.

If your order is under £60 we will charge a small shipping fee of £4.99

Europe

The cost of shipping will depend on the weight and country. You will get an accurate shipping cost at checkout.

USA & Canada

For orders up to 1KG - £15
For orders up to 2KG - £20

Import & Customs Duties

Please note: Some countries have import taxes and customs documents, which we unfortunately can’t be certain of, or pay for in advance.

If you're placing an order, you might be charged import duties that will be payable by you. If you're ordering to the Channel Islands, there might be a GST charge that we can't predict or cover in advance. Check your local government website for details on GST thresholds.

When Will I Receive My Order?

UK orders placed before 3pm will be shipped out the same day (except on Sundays & Bank Holidays) and should be with you within 2 working days.

International deliveries usually take between 5-7 working days.

Express Delivery

For UK orders we offer an Express Delivery service through Royal Mail Tracked 24. Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 items by the end of the next business day, including Saturdays and Sundays. However, delivery can take up to two working days.

Which Carrier Do You Use?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Royal Mail will make two delivery attempts before it gets returned to the local sorted office. You’re not there? The driver may deliver to a neighbour or leave it in a safe place.

Important: When you collect from a Royal Mail sorting office, make sure you bring photo ID and proof of your address, a utility bill will be fine. You’ll also need your email (just on your phone will work).

Lost Delivery

If you think your parcel might be lost or hasn’t arrived, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Don’t worry, contact us within seven days of the original delivery date, and we’ll investigate the issue for you.

If we hear from you after this timeframe, it’s less likely that we’ll be able to cover the cost of a lost parcel.
