The Ball Control Mat is a football training mat designed to improve footwork, ball control and agility within football. It's simple to use just roll it out, grab a ball and your away.

Using the numbers and arrows as visual aides, complete the movements show in the drlls. When repeated regularly these drills will improve ball control.

We recommend using the mat for around 20 minutes per day. This should give you enough time to learn those new skills.

The Ball Control Mat is suitable for ages 6 and up but can be use by players of all ages.

We don't recommend using the mat wearing football boots as it will damage it. It is best to practice in a pair of football grip socks.

Yes, the mat can be used both indoors and outdoors but we don't recommend using it outside if conditions are wet or muddy.

You can complete many footwork drills using the mat. Checkout our app that has a database of over 40 drills to improve football, ball control. agility, weak foot confidence & much more!

To keep your mat clean you can give it a light scrub with warm soapy water. You can also use a hoover to pick up any loose bits but we recommend setting the hoover to hard floor mode to avoid damaging the patten. NOTE: The mat is NOT machine washable.
